Low-carb Very-Chocolate Mousse

Make this softer version of our wonderful mousse in less than 5 minutes. It’s so tasty you might eat it in less than 5 minutes too!



  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • Sweetener equivalent to 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Wise Choice Mousse Mix


Makes 2 half-cup servings.

1. Pour cream into medium bowl. Add sweetener, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Whip to soft peak stage with mixer on medium-high setting.

2. Turn setting to low and add Wise Choice Mousse Mix. The mixture will thicken almost immediately. Add more Mousse Mix gradually if you would like a thicker consistency.

Serve immediately or chill.

Options: replace the vanilla with another flavoring such as coffee, orange, cherry, rum, etc.
